In the phase of business formation start-ups need the concentration of their founders. The ideas and visions have to be implemented as quick as possible and established on the market. Especially in this phase the commercial organisation also requires special care. Founders and investors need a professional overview of the „young“ company at any time. Business plans have to be prepared and fitted to reality in regular cycles to valuate and decide about essential sustainable strategies. Money is short during formation and needs to be leveraged and handled with care.
