Middle class

The middle class is characterised by the high flexibility of the staff and tight resources. Many employees of the middle class are trained to look left and right. In addition to the normal daily business their progress of work is also needed for activities beyond their core competence, i.e. the staff is not only busy with ist normal daily duties. Especially in the financial department of the company the controller supports the financial accounting and vice versa. Not only in the financial sector the traditional „limits and borders“ are often blurred and mixed up.

Especially in times of a change, e.g. restructuring, it is important that daily business doesn´t stand still. I would be happy to offer you my support to relieve your organisation and to assume operational responsibility in particular situations.
